QuadCard Entertainment Inc. (QCE), the parent company of iBingo.com, offers Internet website owners an affiliate
program that pays cash for referrals of new customers.
Affiliates will be provided with an affiliate number, which will be incorporated into the HTML
links to iBingo.com on the affiliate web pages.
Affiliates may be provided with more than one affiliate number in some circumstances.
QCE compensates its affiliates in one of two ways:
- Flat Rate
QCE pays for links to the iBingo web site on a negotiated flat-rate basis
- First Deposit Fee
QCE pays a negotiated amount for the first deposit made by a player
who was directed to iBingo from an affiliate web site.
Players sometimes make deposits and then withdraw the money without playing.
QCE monitors the frequency of such deposit/withdrawals and will adjust affiliate
compensation if these become excessive.
QCE captures the customer information when a person clicks through an affiliate link
to the iBingo web page and opens an account with iBingo during that session or
up to 48 hours later on any session.
QCE will not pay for the customer’s first deposit if the person opens an account at a visit to the
iBingo web site later than 48 hours after the original click-through on the affiliate’s link to iBingo.
QCE will not pay for the customer's first deposit if the customer is the affiliate.
Affiliate reports are produced at the end of every month and payment to
affiliates is made within two weeks of month-end. All calculations are
made in Canadian dollars. Payment can be made in Canadian or US dollars.
Affiliates cannot place links with their affiliate number on any web pages other than their own.

Terms and Conditions
- QuadCard Entertainment Inc "QCE", is a company incorporated under the laws of St. Kitts and Nevis.
- QCE operates a online Bingo game under the name of iBingo.com.
- The Affiliate is a company with an Internet website.
- The Affiliate, agrees to place a link on their website for the purpose of generating referrals
for QCE.
- A referral is defined as a new player.
- A player is defined as a unique first time customer of iBingo.com.
- First deposit is defined as all monies received by the player on initial signup used
for the express purpose of playing iBingo.com's internet bingo game.
- Month-end is defined as the first working day after the last day of the calendar month.
- The Affiliate wishes to acquire the right to participate in a percentage of a
player's first deposit.
- Both QCE and the Affiliate agree to the following:
- QCE agrees to as soon as possible to supply the Affiliate with a registration number. For the
purpose of tracking referrals.
- QCE agrees to operate in good standing.
- QCE will operate the iBingo.com website and game in such a manner consistent with other
websites of like function.
- The Affiliate will receive a report and payment within two weeks of month-end.
- This program will remain in full force and effect at QCE's discretion and may be cancelled
at any time by either party.
- QCE is not responsible for any event that may cause the website to be unavailable.
- The Affiliate agrees that the operation of an Internet Bingo Site is speculative in nature
and that QCE has not made any representations with respect to profitability of this program.
- The Affiliate acknowledges that QCE has made no representation with respect to compliance of the
laws with the jurisdiction of the Affiliate.
- QCE reserves to right to solicit further Affiliates at it's own discretion.
- The Affiliate, under this program, has no rights or interest to the iBingo.com name, or any software
or hardware utilized to deliver this program.
- QCE agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Affiliate against all costs, charges and reasonable
expenses as a result of any negligent or willful acts committed by persons under the control of QCE.
- The laws of St.Kitts and Nevis govern this agreement.
- All notices and communications shall be by email
