Dear iBingo Customer,
I want to thank you for being patient with us during the past number of days. I am sending this message to you to keep you up
to date with what has transpired during the past few days and the direction we are headed.
QuadCard has, until now, been the most stable and reliable system since its inception in 1996.
On the morning of December 31st, 2009 an internal attack occurred on the QuadCard bingo system stemming from a disagreement
between myself and my business partner. This attack has caused permanent damage to the QuadCard bingo system. It has caused
me great sadness to witness the willful destruction of these systems at the hands of the people I have trusted for the last
fourteen plus years. This has been a truly crushing weekend for me and the staff at QuadCard. The attack, performed by my
business partner and two other employees, has caused unrecoverable damage to the databases, servers, and the software source code t$
runs iBingo, its sister site LeisureBingo, and the Equinox Platform. The destruction is wide spread and we only have access
to our monthly data backups which are held off site. Due to the timing of the attack, we have lost all of December’s data and
will have to rebuild from data logs.
This crime was strategically timed to inflict the most damage possible and to offer no chance of recovery, but the staff here
at QuadCard came together over the Holidays to do what was necessary. I want to thank each of them for fighting through the
tears and despair to make nothing short of a small miracle happen.
Unfortunately, we have been unable to recover account balances right away, and we will be working during the next couple of
days to update your new account.
I have had to make the difficult decision to move the Bingo games over to another software provider. This provider has been
in the bingo business as long as we have and I can assure you that it is an excellent operation.
What will change? The new bingo and keno games will run a little differently than you are accustomed to, but we will be
working to make the new games as close to the old games as possible. This will take a bit of time, but I promise you will see
progress every day.
What remains the same? The operational people are all still here, the chat mods, and head office staff. All the people that
have made this site the very best will continue to do so.
I ask for your patience as we schedule and fine tune the new games to be as familiar as the games you have grown to love. I
feel confident these games will become your new favourites.
The new software will be up and function hopefully by tomorrow afternoon (Jan 4th), but no later than Tuesday afternoon.
I truly appreciate the support you have given us in the past and I look forward to your continued support going forward. I hope you and yours have a safe and
prosperous 2010.

Just writing to say that my husband and I had a great time on the cruise. I was so nice to see you, Dave, Patti and John again! Thank you Dave for such a wonderful time! Thank you to Cindy, Patti and John for being such great hosts!
Jim and I went snorkeling (which I have never done) and although the water was a little rough, it was a good experience. We also took a tour of Cozumel that included a tour of a place that makes tequila ...yup you guessed it, we did the taste testing hahaha. The bingo sessions were fun and perfect times in the day/evenings for us. It was nice to have all day to do other things after the morning sessions and all day to do things before the evening session.
Jim had a great time on the cruise, he is already planning for the next one! ....and here I was thinking it would be an all girls cruise (sis and sister inlaw with a few friends) next year. Guess we will just have to include hubbys and send them in a different direction hahaha.
